(4) Nickname: When you modify a nickname, you need to enter a new nickname.

(5) Avatar: When you modify your avatar, you need to upload your avatar.


2. Provide security

In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the services provided to you and identify the abnormal status of your account, we may collect the following information related to your mobile device: Device manufacturer, device model, operating system, unique device identifier (Android side such as Android ID/OAID, IOS terminal (such as IDFA before iOS 14.5), login IP address, software version number, network access mode, type and status, network quality data, hardware model, sensor information, device serial number, IMei number, device settings, device operation status, device parameters, and built-in cameras of some devices. When you use InoEnergy, or visit the relevant website, we will automatically receive and record information on your browser and device, including the type of browser, the language used, the date and time of access, software and hardware characteristics information, and the web page recording data you need. The above information is collected to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience and ensure the security of your account. At the same time, in order to prevent viruses, Trojan horse programs or other malicious programs and website attacks, we may collect information about applications installed on your device, information about running processes, or data stored in the memory of your device to prevent the disclosure of your personal information.


3. Service improvement

We may use the information we collect through one service to improve the user experience for our other services, or to evaluate and analyze markets, customers, products and services (including asking you for your opinions about our products and services, and conducting customer surveys). We may combine personal information from a Service with information from other Services to improve the Service and develop new products and services. 4. Remote activation/control equipment

To control some of your devices, you need to use the APP to log in to your account and complete the device configuration and binding process normally. After completing these processes, you can use the APP to remotely monitor plants and devices. In the process, we may read various types of information related to your location, such as GPS signal of the device or information about nearby WiFi access points and cell towers, country code, city code, cell ID, latitude and longitude information, and language settings. This information may be sent to us when you use the above services. You may choose not to provide certain types of information or to restore the factory settings to cancel the connection between each networked device and the Internet individually, and not to transmit the usage information and log information of the relevant devices to our servers. However, this may result in that (1) you will not be able to use some functions of the website/APP; (2) you can only operate the device through the device itself, and you can no longer perform operations through the APP.

V. How do we entrust, share, transfer and publicly disclose your personal information?

1. Entrusted processing

We may share your account information and equipment information with authorized partners to ensure the smooth completion of the services provided to you. According to the law, the sharing and transfer of personal information that has been de-identified, and ensuring that the data recipient can not recover and re-identify the subject of personal information, does not belong to the external sharing, transfer and public disclosure of personal information, and the preservation and processing of such data will not need to notify you separately and obtain your consent.


VI. General storage life

Except as otherwise expressly provided by law or as permitted by you, we will only retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. In order to maintain the continuity of services and the consistency of user experience, personal information is usually not deleted immediately after the completion of a single service.

During your use of our products and services, we will keep your personal information for you. 4. Your account has a security protection function. Please keep your account and password information properly. At the same time, in order to protect your information security, please make sure to exit your account and delete the matching website or APP before permanently selling or transferring your right to use the device to a third party, so as to ensure that your device is no longer (re) matched to your account. If you sold a device, you should reset the device and restore the factory settings. As a result, your device will no longer be associated with your account. If you purchased a used device, please check the account settings in the APP or the device manufacturer to ensure that no unknown users are associated with your device. If there is any doubt, you can choose to restore the factory settings. We will ensure that your information is not lost, abused or altered through backup and encryption of user passwords. Notwithstanding the foregoing security measures, please also understand that there is no "perfect security measure" on the information network.

For account information, you can do this by accessing the Settings page after logging in to your account. For other personal information, please contact us through the contact information listed in Section 14 of this Privacy Policy.

3. Delete your personal information

You may request the deletion of your personal information from us in the following circumstances:

(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

(2) If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;

(3) If our processing of personal information violates the agreement with you;

(4) If you cancel your account;

(5) If we no longer provide you with products and services.

When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information in the backup system, but will delete the information when the backup is updated. After you cancel your account or actively delete the above information, we will no longer make commercial use of your personal information, but we may anonymize your personal information and use it.

4. Change the scope of your authorized consent

You may revoke a license authorizing us to collect, use, and/or disclose your personal information in our possession or control by submitting a request. When you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. Special instructions for self-starting and associated starting:

① In order to ensure that the user can normally receive the message pushed by the client when InoEnergy is closed or running in the background, InoEnergy must use the self-start capability, that is, send a broadcast to wake up the application self-start or take the associated start behavior through the system at a certain frequency. This is a necessary function for InoEnergy  to implement the service. ② When you open the content push message, after obtaining your explicit consent, InoEnergy will jump to open the relevant content; without your consent, there will be no self-start or associated start.


5. Cancellation of accounts

You may cancel your previously registered account at any time by contacting us through the contact information listed in Section XIV.

Cancellation of your account will affect your normal use of all related applications and services. We hereby kindly remind you that your cancellation of your account will bring you a lot of inconvenience in your subsequent use of our services, and after the cancellation of your account, we will stop providing you with services, and your personal information will remain unretrievable, inaccessible, or anonymized, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations. If you log in through a third party account, you need to contact the third party to cancel the account.

Our products or services, and the corresponding online platforms, are intended solely for adults aged 18 or above with full civil capacity, and do not target minors. We do not collect any personal information from minors. If we discover that a minor is using our services, we will endeavor to delete the relevant minor's information and suspend the account as soon as possible.
